UOSE/UOSG (Germany): Call for Conference on Oromo Heroes/Heroines Day

Gadaa.com
The Union of Oromo Students in Europe, (UOSE) or Tokkumma Bartoota Oromoo Awurooppaa (TBOA) is a student organization based in Germany. Founded in 1974, it is a political organization that functions according to the political programs and political ideals of the Oromo Liberation Front (OLF).
As an active branch of UOSE, UOSG (Union of Oromo Students in Germany) has played a decisive role in nurturing the language and culture of the Oromo people; in protesting against successive Ethiopian regimes; and in coordinating the overall support to OLF/ABO.
April 15th is annually remembered by Oromos as the Oromo Heroes/Heroines Day. Therefore, we are excited to announce that a conference will be organized in Germany by the Union of Oromo Students on April 12, 2014, in Frankfurt, Germany. We invite all members of the Oromo communities living in Hessen and Munchen states of Germany to participate at the event on 12 April, 2014 at Johann Wolfgang Goethe-University, Frankfurt am Main (Grüneburgplatz 1, 60323 Frankfurt am Main) from 13:00-18:00 Hour.
